The New Dodge Challenger?

Since it is almost impossible to get a 1970s Dodge Challenger in good shape nowadays I have started to consider buying a 2009 Dodge Challenger. However, I do not have enough money and dislike making monthly payments. So my question is this, how much will a Challenger R/T cost in ten years? What about the SRT8? And when will the value of these vehicles go below $8k?

I agree with the answerer above that it is impossible to predict what a car will be worth in XX years

I would say of you wait 5 years you be able to get one a 1/3 of the new price - assuming it is in great shape

The price of a used car depends on demand, condition, and mileage.  Demand will depend on things like gas prices and reliability.  Basically who knows.
