  1. Deutteronomy 18:18

    I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their brothers; I will put my words in his mouth, and he will tell them everything I command him

    christians just choose to ignore.

  2. Because Muhammad (saww) Is not Alive.

    ANd one day Hazrat Isa Will Come inshaallah

    And dont worry he will be a muslim not a Christian

  3. Muhammed was a descendant of Ishmael who was the son of Haggar and Abraham. As far as I know there is no mention of him because he is not important to Christianity.

  4. Here is a perfect description of Prophet Muhammad from the Bible.  This prophecy fits Muhammad, because he is known as the servant of God, not the 'son of God', as the Christians call Jesus, and he brought a law to the whole world (the Quran), unlike Jesus, who did not come to change a jot of the law according to the Gospels, therefore he followed the laws of Moses.  Even the description of Muhammad from his companions matches this prophecy beautifully.  They said of him that he walked so serenely that a candle would not flicker as he passed.  He was gentle and quiet and did not raise his voice in the marketplace.  In his lifetime he established God's justice across the whole Arabian peninsula, unlike Jesus who did not establish law or justice in his lifetime.

    Isaiah 42

    "Here is my servant, whom I uphold,

    my chosen one in whom I delight;

    I will put my Spirit on him

    and he will bring justice to the nations.

    He will not shout or cry out,

    or raise his voice in the streets.

    A bruised reed he will not break,

    and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out.

    In faithfulness he will bring forth justice;

    he will not falter or be discouraged

    till he establishes justice on earth.

    In his law the islands will put their hope."

  5. There is it is found in the epistle of John

    1 John 4:1-3    2 John 1:7  to quote a few.

    1 John 4:1Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

    2Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:

    3And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

    2 John 1:7 For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.

    The fact that mohammed denies that Jesus is God in human flesh places him and the faith he founded in this biblical category.  This is not a hate statement it is a biblical truth.

  6. Because the bible states that Jesus was the final messenger of God and that there would be no others to follow him.  It is stated that any person who follows and claims to be a prophet is a liar and a false prophet and any message brought that teaches other than what Jesus taught was false doctrine.  The bible doesn't mention Muhammed at all regardless of the few verses that Muslim interpret in their own way to mean it is speaking about Muhammed.  Why would it speak of Muhammed when he followed Jesus and as said above that would mean he was a false prophet.

  7. Because Muhammad was just a guy who came along.

  8. Since neither the Jews nor the Muslims believe the Prophecies of the Messiah's coming have, as yet, been fulfilled, why would there be?  It is the Muslim belief that the Christians misinterpreted Jesus' teachings and that God's message was lost, so that another Prophet had to be sent to set things right.  Clearly the original Prophets hadn't anticipated how badly their successors would mess things up.

  9. There is:

    And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, "Read this, I pray thee" and he saith, "I am not learned." Isaiah 29:12

    This is exactly what happened to Muhammad (SAW) in the cave of Hira when the angel Gabriel came to him and commanded him to read. He responded "I am not learned." Gabriel grabbed the Prophet (SAW), squeezed him and said again, "Read." Muhammad (SAW) answered the same way. This happened once more until the Prophet recited the words that Allah put into his mouth:

    Read (Iqra') in the name of your Lord Who created,

    He created man from a clot.

    Read and your Lord is Most Honorable,

    Who taught with the pen,

    Taught man that he knew not.

    The following verse in the Bible is another reference to our Prophet (SAW):

    God came from Teman, and the Holy One from mount Paran. Selah. His glory covered the heavens, and the earth was full of his praise. (Habakuk 3:3)

    Teman is an oasis north of Medina which is the city that the Prophet (SAW) emigrated to from Mecca due to the persecution the Muslims were suffering at the hands of the idolators. Although when the verse says, "God came from.." this isn't meaning God in the literal sense it means the religion of God's (Islam). While Paran is another name for Mecca, which is where the Prophet (SAW) originated from and where the message first came to him.

    Deuteronomy (18:18) where God (Allah) speaking to Moses about the Jews and a Prophet that will come. Often times Christians claim the Prophet that is mentioned here is Jesus (pbuh). However, this is impossible as I intend to show, for many reasons.

    I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren (the Jews' brethren), like unto thee (a Prophet like Moses),

    and I will put my words in his mouth (the Prophet's mouth);

    and he (the Prophet) shall speak unto them all that I shall command him (the Prophet). (The Holy Bible Deuteronomy 18:18)

    "I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren": Abraham (pbuh) had two wives, Sarah who gave birth to Isaac (pbuh) and Hagar who gave birth to Ishmael (pbuh). The descendants of the two sons would be brethren of one another. The Jews, as many know, are descendant from Isaac (pbuh). Who descends from Ishmael (pbuh) then?........

    Abraham (pbuh) received divine revelation from Allah (God) that he should take Hagar and his son Ishmael (pbuh) to an area that Allah would guide him to and leave them. This area was the Arabian peninsula. This may sound weird to some. How could any man leave his wife and child in the middle of the harsh desert? Let us keep in mind though that this is the same Abraham that was willing to sacrifice his son when Allah revealed in a dream that he should do so. There in Arabia, Abraham (pbuh) left his wife and child and he prayed to Allah that they would be provided for.

    Therefore the descendants of Ishmael are the Arabs and the descendants of Isaac are the Isrealites. Thus the Arabs are the brethren of the Israelites. So, the Prophet that Allah will raise will be from the descendants of Ishmael (pbuh), the Arabs.

    like unto thee (a Prophet like Moses): This states that the Prophet that will be raised up will be like Moses (pbuh) not like Jesus (pbuh).

    Let's count the ways that Jesus (pbuh) is like Moses (pbuh).......

    1. He is a Prophet sent to Israel.

    Now let's count the ways that Muhammad (pbuh) and Moses (pbuh) are alike.......

    1. Moses and Muhammad (peace be upon them both) both died and were buried in

    the earth while Jesus (pbuh), according to Christians, is in Heaven.

    2. Both Moses and Muhammad (peace be upon them both) died of natural causes while Jesus (pbuh) was crucified, according to Christians.

    3. Both Moses and Muhammad (peace be upon them both) were born from a mother and a father of natural birth while Jesus (pbuh) was of a miraculous birth.

    4. Both Moses and Muhammad (peace be upon them both) brought new laws from Allah. Commandments that until that time weren't being followed on a mass scale in the communities to which they were sent. Jesus (pbuh) came only to fulfill the old laws (Torah). Here is proof: Jesus said: "Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the Prophets: I am not come to destroy but to fulfill. For verily I say unto you, till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no way pass from the law till all be fulfilled." Matthew (5:17-18)

    5. Both Moses and Muhammad (peace be upon them both) were married men who had children. Jesus (pbuh) was unmarried and had no children.

    6. Both Muhammad and Moses (peace be upon them both) were accepted by his people on a whole. Of course they were opposed a little but the majority of their people followed them with their lifetime. The Jews, the people of Jesus (pbuh), on the other hand still do not follow them nor believe his message: Jesus (pbuh) said "He (Jesus pbuh) came unto his own, but his own received him not." (John 1:11)

    and I will put my words in his mouth (the Prophet's mouth);and he (the Prophet) shall speak unto them all that I shall command him (the Prophet). The Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was illiterate. Therefore he couldn't There has never been another prophet in Israel like Moses, whom the LORD dealt with face to face have written the Qur'an like people claim. If I told you to open a book and read the first sentence this would not be putting words into your mouth but if I was speaking a foreign language and told you to repeat what I was saying that would constitute putting words in your mouth. This is the story of the first verses of the Qur'an being revealed:

    The Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was in the habit of retreating to a cave in a mountain 3 miles away from the city of Mecca to meditate. One evening the Angel Gabriel appeared to him and commanded "Iqra", which means read, proclaim or recite. Muhammad (pbuh)was very terrified and replied "I am not learned," as he was illiterate and could not read. Gabriel commanded him "Iqra" a second time and the Prophet (pbuh) answers with the same response. Finally, after the third time Gabriel commands "Iqra" the Prophet (pbuh) understands. He is inspired to recite. These verses which are Allah revealed to Muhammad (pbuh) by putting them in his mouth:"READ! IN THE NAME OF THY LORD AND CHERISHER, WHO CREATED, MAN FROM A CLOT OF CONGEALED BLOOD: READ AND THY LORD IS THE MOST BOUNTIFUL. HE WHO TAUGHT (THE USE OF) THE PEN, TAUGHT MAN WHAT HE KNEW NOT." (Surah Alaq Holy Qur'an 96:1-5)

    This is obviously having words put into one's mouth since Muhammad (pbuh) had no idea of what he was to recite. The verses were inspired to him by Allah. They merely came out of his mouth.

    7. Moses (PBUH) and Muhammad (SAW) both received Prophethood at the age of 40 whereas Jesus (PBUH) began his Prophethood at 33 yrs of age.

    8. Muhammad (SAW) fought and won against his enemies (the Pagan Arabs) and Moses (PBUH) did as well against the Pharoh. Jesus (PBUH) however did not war against his people.

    9. Both Moses (PBUH) and The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) made Hijra or migrated with their people. Moses (PBUH) took his people out of Egypt and Muhammad (SAW) took the beleivers from Mecca to Medina. Jesus (PBUH) however, never left Palestine.

    Deuteronomy 34:10 There has never been another prophet in Israel like Moses, whom the LORD dealt with face to face

    Nichole

  10. Here's one:

    John {14:26}

    "The Comforter, the Spirit of Truth, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said unto you."
