  1. It seems like bad decisions where being made in a lo0t of other events as well.

There where some crappy decisions made in Wrestling, and earlier today there was a headline article on Yahoo about a Takwondo participant who was disqualified for a very stupid reason.

  2. They need to purify it again. No more head gear and point systems but let it revert to the old days like the 76 and 84 Olympics where the better boxers won. There will always be controversy but this will at least allow the fighter to have a chance to take matters into his own hands.

  3. Hopefully the system will not be used in future boxing olympic games.

Many boxers lost points due to the 5 judge scoring system. It does not work.

                                                    Thanks for your observation

  4. agreed, the judges and the scoring system really pissed me off

  5. Meh, chuck it in a dumpster and forget about olympic boxing.  Or let Teddy Atlas run the whole shebang.

  6. yes i saw the olympic match between cuba and britain and it was terrible. the crowd booed the winner. the referee just allowed the brit to hold push and trip the cuban. what a terrible way to win. that brit must be a real a s s to think he won that fight.

taekwondo was also bad. cuba was again the victim and the cuban lost his cool and kicked the referee. i thought - that boxing ref probably deserved it too.
