The Orion program?

Is it true that NASA will not have a toilet on board the Orion spacecraft? I heard that NASA is going to have cans instead of a toilet and the crews daily s*** staff will be limited. So how will the crew survive another journey to the Moon, It would be even worse than the Russian Soyuz spacecraft and NASA will replace the space shuttles with a space craft that might not even have a toilet on board!

  1. People are pulling your leg, lol. They won't use cans, but they won't use toilets either. Toilets don't work in zero-gravity. What they will use is neutrally-gendered suction hoses. As they take care of business, the suction will take it and store it. The Shuttle also uses this. I'm not sure what Soyuz uses.

  2. They had to get by without million dollar toilets on all the other space missions prior to the shuttle.  I'm sure it's not too hard.
