Each year many of our winning writers land script assignments, secure representation, and sign option agreements on their work. Are you our next Award-Winning Screenwriter??

Is this the real deal, or is it a con? It costs £30.00 to enter a screenplay into the competition. Scam, or what?

I think it's genuine, the fee is to make sure people are serious, there's a guild one that's a similar price. Phone a uni that teaches screenwriting and ask them.

I worry that they'll steal my idea and get a studio writer to rehash it. Even if you've registered your script they can do it in such a way that you can't argue. Besides can Joe Bloggs struggling writer afford to take on megacorp?

On a positive note, someone has to win!
