    5) If the house has enough negative energy, ghosts or evil spirits will be tempted to enter and haunt it. Usually if the death was violent or very sudden, a spirit will remain.

    2. Mary Toft- the Rabbit Lady- supposedly gave birth to a clutch of rabbits, at least 16 of them by some acounts.

    3. Spellbound- based on the experiences of Rev Darrel Motal (aka the Paranormal Preacher) and his ex Wiccan mom.

    5. By either tragic events happening within the house, an unrestful spirit- usually a past owner or occupant with something to say or relate- or they can just be protective of what was once theirs, or it is the location of a vortex, a portal to the other side by which spirits and other entities may enter into this world. (Not sure if the last one actually classifies as a true haunting. I don't count residuals as hauntings either. They're more like recordings IMHO.)
