The People who work in or around Guinness Brewery, what Irish Rugby club do the locals support?

I know the people who worked at Guinness used to have a club, but I heard they are now not playing, or that they are not in the top league. Do any local people who work for Guinness, or live around the Brewery support a local club for Irish Rugby. Also, is their a club for Gaelic as well. Thanks

Which Guinness brewery are you refering to? There's one in London as well as Dublin, and there's also one in Nigeria as well.
