You're missing hundreds, you can use any programming language.

You can use anything that allows server side scripting. Some are easier to learn and use than others and it really depends on what you want to do as to which could be the best.

I've made a few sites with pure C++. Use anything that you can get your server to run.

I'm not sure whether or not this is helpful to you, but ADO and AJAX are valid server side languages
