Question:

The Portuguese prosecuter?

if the prosecuter says the case of madeline should stay as an open file, does this mean that all evidence found so far should be kept on file.

my reason for this question is that the little girls parents jumped in so quickly with the demand that all evidence gathered about them should be scraped, thereby damaging any chance of a case against them should the case be opened again.

this poor little girls life means NOTHING to any of them in my view.

your oppinion would be appreciated

  1. You said it all in your final sentence, it means nothing to any of them and why, because they think they've got away with it.

  2. Good question, Jack. All this cr*p about handing over ALL the evidence the Portuguese police have gathered is ridiculous.  The evidence should stay right where it is - with the Police.  And I wish to f**k some people would stop slagging of the Portuguese police. The McCanns P.I.'s have been getting £50K per month for over a year now and what have THEY got to show for it? This isn't - and hasn't been for months - about Madeleine. It's about the celeb status that her greedy, grasping parents so desperately want.

  3. I dont think any evidence will be destroyed whatever the outcome.   I think it would be stupid to do otherwise. I feel the Portuguese are not so stupid as to get rid of any evidence.

    By the way. Good question
