Apparently, that does happen sometimes, but it is very rare. When he was conceived, a twin was also, and grew inside of him rather than in the mother's womb.  The other stories about males actually having their own babies are all a hoax. check it out:

A long time ago, I read about a man that gave birth to a baby boy by cesarean of his chest.  Scientists/doctors said they believed it to be his twin brother (Siamese) which he carried in his chest for over twenty years. The baby looked very old and was not  alive.  The labor pains was in his chest area.  That's a medical nightmare, I should say!
