The Prince by Niccolo Machiavelli ?

I'm having trouble with this book.

I have to find what is his opinion of mankind and why its important?

does anyone know like where i can find that? like a chapter or part of the book.

Machiavelli's fundamental philosophy was whether or not it was government (political), or business or private, do whatever it takes to maintain power. The Prince is a brief treatise on the pragmatic aspects of how to always have the upper hand when dealing with life's problems.
