The Problem to Arods Problems is...?

A-rod is "having a bad year" even though he is the most productive player in baseball.

Last year arod was "clutch" & was coming through when it mattered

and what changed from this year to last year his wife left him.

imagine if your wife left you i wouldn't be able to perform in the clutch either

And last year she was with arod and was performing in the clutch

SO what arod was cheating on her

that's no reason to break up with arod

none of that matters

cynthia rodriguez married arod and if she didn't know what she was getting into by marrying arod

hes a good looking superstart who is worth millions of dollars of course hes goin be running around das no reason to divorce him

arod probably is getting no sleep

hes probably weeping about all the money he is losing.

her responsibility ..to yankee fans is to stay by arod and comfort him

it worked last year

as long as he is not beating her she should stay with him.

So i am offering Cynthia rodriguez to the baseball gods to fix his problems

  1. A-ROD is to much of a perfectionist.  He starts to slump a bit and tries hard to get out, which makes it a bit worse. Then the fans boo him because he is not playing well, so he tries even harder and does even worse.  Its all in his head basically.  That is why when things are good for him they are really good.

  2. I'm not sure exactly what your question was, but I will attempt to address your "rambling". First off, A-Rod's production is still good, but the numbers are slightly down. Still, producing in the clutch is just as important as producing in the first place. And that is why this guy is catching a load of heat. And for the record, his bad performance in the clutch has haunted him his entire career thus far. Yes, his production helped the Bombers make the playoffs last year, but as soon as the postseason began, he folded like a cheap tent. Lastly, the bitter divorce between A-Rod and his wife and the whole Madonna thing is no excuse. The guy sees no harm in going out to late night clubbing and living the New York City lifestlye, so he's getting no slack from me. His performance on the field has nothing to do with his personal life. I do not blame Cynthia Rodriguez for doing whats best for her and her children. Alex made his bed and now he's got to lay in it and go nite-nite. On one final note, I really believe Alex Rodriguez needs to re-committ himself to both the sport of baseball and the NY Yankees. The guy has so much d**n talent and he is wasting it.

  3. Some might argue that his fire is gone because his contract locks him up for what may likely be the rest of his career. He's getting 27 or so million per year whether he hits 100 hr's or pulls a Pavano. Sure he's a professional and will come to play everyday and give it his best, but most will admit that you give just a little bit extra when you're looking to get more money [like last year when he opted out and was shooting for 30+ per year].

What's the team gonna do, trade him? Good luck with that.

What are the fans gonna do, boo him? They already do that.

Looks like NY bought themselves a 270 million dollar problem.

  4. If I was a career .315 hitter in LCS play including a year where I hit .409 over a six-game stretch and the rest of my team couldn't step up... if I was one of the best players in the game, tired from carrying my team for five months and then getting booed from my home team "fans," I would bail out in September, too.

I mean, you know, if I was the kind of guy who hit .421 in my first playoff series with one of the highest-profile teams in sports and then got blamed for being a "choke artist" for only hitting .258 in the LCS when my "captain" hit .200 and was lauded.  If I was that guy, I'd take the money and run.

  5. never loose your head over a piece of tail ,dogs say

  6. If you need someone to blame, look no further than Brain Cashman.  He even admits it himself that he is to blame.  He should be gone.  He is NOT good.

  7. Look, I don't see how A-Rod's the most productive player in baseball... I'm thinking that goes to Josh Hamilton this year...

  8. A-Rod is a great player (in the regular season). He is still dead weight in the post-season. And if you think for one split second Cynthia had anything to do with the Yankees not making the playoffs... hahahahHank didn't help. Cashmen's great moves added nothing and the great team you had 3 years ago is just older. The young guys didn't step up (with the exception of Joba.. who got hurt). Nobody believed the Rays were for real and let them get away. If Torre was still there he might have been better at focusing the team. And if 'Big Boss' was still in charge you would have been buying post-season tickets - face it, you might have a couple of years of this.

But not to worry... I'll shed a tear for you on our way to the post-season...

Though I do know how you feel only too well...

  9. a-rod,yankees=stupid
