I'm looking for opinions from former and current studenst of the Professional Culinary Institute and the California Culinary Academy. Which is better?

  1. I went to the California Culinary Academy before it added the "Cordon Bleu" stuff.  Loved it, learned a lot, but I think I'd pick the Professional Culinary Institute if I had to decide now.
