  1. To the top platform is 24 meters or about 78 feet--add another 6 meters (20 feet) for the temple on top.  This brings it up to about 98 feet.  Unfortunately, you can't climb it anymore since an 80 year old woman fell down the steps while descending and lost her life.

    The tallest pyramid on the Yucatan peninsula is at Coba, known as Nohoch Mul, being 42 meters (139 feet) in height.  And that one you can still climb
