Is this by any chance a picture of the flight that had a problem mid air and had to land in Manila?

It was taken a few weeks ago landing at Heathrow Airport

No, the registration number is different.  The plane that had the problem was VH-OJK.  The plane in your picture is VH-OJT.  The last two letters of the registration number is painted on the nose gear door.
