  1. False--RMS Titanic was an Olympic-class passenger liner owned by the White Star Line and built at the Harland and Wolff shipyard. On the night of 14 April 1912, during her maiden voyage, Titanic struck an iceberg, and sank two hours and forty minutes later in early 15 April 1912. The sinking resulted in the deaths of 1,517 people, ranking it as one of the worst peacetime maritime disasters in history and by far the most infamous. There were a total of 2,240 people aboard, and of these, only 706 survived. The majority of deaths were caused by hypothermia in the 28 °F (−2 °C) water. Only two of the 18 launched lifeboats rescued people after the ship sank. Lifeboat 4 was close by and picked up five people, two of whom later died. Close to an hour later lifeboat 14 went back and rescued four people, one of whom died afterwards.

    Last living survivor

Millvina Dean, who was only two months old at the time of the sinking, is the only living survivor of the Titanic. Currently 96 years old, she has remained active in Titanic-related events and lives in Southampton, England.

RMS Carpathia was a Cunard Line transatlantic passenger steamship built by Swan Hunter & Wigham Richardson. Carpathia began her maiden voyage in 1903 and became famous for rescuing the survivors of RMS Titanic after she sank on 15 April 1912.

Carpathia was sailing east from New York City bound for Gibraltar on the night of Sunday, 14 April 1912. Her wireless (or telegraph) operator, Harold Cottam had missed previous messages from RMS Titanic, being on the bridge at the time.

He received messages from Cape Race stating that they had private traffic for Titanic. He thought he would be helpful and sent a message to the Titanic stating that Cape Race had traffic for them. In reply he received a distress signal. Cottam awakened Captain Arthur Henry Rostron who immediately set a course at maximum speed to Titanic's last known position, approximately 58 miles away. Rostron ordered the ship's heating and hot water to be cut off, so the engines could feed on every ounce of steam. At 4 o'clock in the morning Carpathia arrived at the scene after working her way through dangerous ice fields. Carpathia was able to save 705 people.

HMS Queen Mary was a battlecruiser of the British Royal Navy. She was commissioned on September 1913 , and  exploded and sunk at Jutland on 31 May 1916, during World War I.  All but nine of her 1,266 member crew were lost (two of the survivors were picked up by German ships).

Her wreck was discovered in 1991 and rests partly upside-down, on sand, 60 metres down. Much equipment is scattered about the wreck. Queen Mary is a Protected War Grave.

She should not be confused with the ocean liner RMS Queen Mary, though both were named after Mary of Teck, the Queen Consort of King George V,

The RMS Queen Mary 2 (QM2), at  the time of her construction in 2003,  was the longest, widest and tallest passenger ship ever built, and cost the equivalent of $900 million (US dollars). QM2's facilities include 15 restaurants and bars, five swimming pools, a casino, a ballroom, a theatre, and a planetarium.

        TRIVIA:

    1. One 2005 transatlantic crossing saw the QM2 carrying, in a locked steamer trunk, the first US copy of J. K. Rowling's book "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince", autographed by the author.

    2. In January 2006 the QM2 embarked on a circumnavigation of South America (the ship is too large to pass through the Panama Canal).

    3. After completing the journey around South America, on 23 February 2006, the QM2 met her namesake, the original RMS Queen Mary, which is permanently docked at Long Beach, California. Escorted by a flotilla of smaller ships, the two Queens exchanged a "whistle salute" which was heard throughout the city of Long Beach.

    4. On 10 January 2007 the QM2 started her first world cruise, circling the globe in 81 days. On 20 February, she met her fleet-mate, the Queen Elizabeth 2, also on her 2007 world cruise, in Sydney harbour. This is the first time two Cunard Queens have been together in Sydney since the original Queen Mary and Queen Elizabeth served as troop ships in 1941.

    5. Despite the early arrival time of 5:42 am, the QM2's presence attracted so many viewers that the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Anzac Bridge were blocked.  With 1,600 passengers leaving the ships in Sydney, Cunard estimated the stopovers injected more than $1 million into the local economy.

    6. The QM2 met the Queen Victoria and the Queen Elizabeth 2 near the Statue of Liberty in New York City harbor on 13 January 2008, with a celebratory fireworks display; the QE2 and QV made a tandem crossing of the Atlantic for the meet. This marked the first time three Cunard Queens have been present in the same location.   Cunard purported this to be the last time these three ships will ever meet, due to the QE2's impending retirement from service in late 2008. Despite this claim, they  all met in their home port Southampton on 22 April 2008.

    7. Four of the ship's five swimming pools are outdoors; one of these is only one inch deep for the use of small children. The fifth pool is indoors on Deck 12, though covered with a retractable magrodome.

    8. One circuit of the promenade deck is a distance of 620 metres (2034 ft., or .38 miles) around

    9. More than 5000 specially-commissioned works of art are visible in the QM2's public rooms, corridors, staterooms and lobbies, having been created by 128 artists from 16 different countries.

    10. .QM2 contains 3,000 telephones.

    11.  Passengers annually consume:

230,000 bottles of wine, plus 1.5 million other drinks

24,950 kilograms (55,000 pounds) of coffee

    7,000 boxes of strawberries

17,240 kilograms (38,000 pounds) of smoked salmon

90,000 kilograms (198,000 pounds) of pineapples

Enough beef to supply the city of Southampton for one year

    12.  A ticket for the top-of-the-line suite on the ship's current around-the world-in-81-days voyage costs $185,905 per person. The least-expensive cabin for the trip is $21,185, while. the 14-day trip from San Francisco, sailing Feb. 5, is $36,559 at the high end and $4,199 for an inside cabin.

    13. The Queen Mary 2 is the only big ship that carries a kennel, so that passengers' dogs can travel in style. Cats are also accommodated, as are pet birds.

    14. The ship also has formal nights ("one of the most distinctive parts of the Cunard experience," the company says); no one in jeans and flip-flops need show up for dinner.

Gentlemen Hosts are onboard to dance with single ladies.

(So, as you can see, your answer here is most definitely false).

Note: see articles on wikipedia on the Titanic, Carpathia, and Queen Mary 1 & 2; and http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cg... for info on the costs, etc.
