All the commonwealth realms would have the Queen's image on their currency. A Commonwealth realm is any one of 16 sovereign states within the Commonwealth of Nations with Elizabeth II as their respective monarch.

Note: Hong Kong used to have the Queen's image on their currency until the transfer of its sovereignty to the People's Republic of China in 1997.

The British Overseas Territories are fourteen territories which the United Kingdom has under its sovereignty, but not as part of the United Kingdom itself. These territories probably also uses the Queen's image on their currency.
