The Raw/ECW Talent exchange????

Can somebody explain to me about this and what will happen to the SD/ECW talent exchange. When will this be happening.

Right now, nothing is changing. But there are rumors going around that SD! might be live so ECW might be taped on Raw where the Raw/ECW Talent exchange will be used

The Raw/ECW talent exchange has been cancelled for at least right now, as Smackdown is getting better and is going to start being live, and as WWE is starting to try to make ECW an actual brand and not just the minor leagues compared to SD! and RAW, so don't expect a RAW/ECW talent exchange unless the ECW idea fails and RAW continues to get worse.

nothing is going to change, they said raw was already too busy without ECW

Nothing yet, but if smackdown goes live then ECW and Raw will have the talent exchange.
