Question:

The Right Makeup For my EyeColor?

Hello there. I have looked all over the internet to find some help to choose the right eye make up shades and tones for my eye color. But I cannot find a thing. My eyes are black, or just so dark brown I cannot see my pupils. And I have experimented with lots of eye makeup; right now I am just using black eyeliner and basically black everything. But I am sort of wondering if I am using the right shades; and if not what should I change them to. Because I want to have an idea of what to buy at the store instead of buying every shade in the makeup department and hoping for the best. Waste of money. Lol, well, I would appreciate some help. So, should I stay with what I have? Or should I change it up a bit? And if so, what shades should I change it too?

And if this information might help out a bit, I also have black hair and an brown skin.

Thanks a lot! =^_^=

  1. you always want to do a color shadow that is not close to your eye color but not too off if you have black eyes brown or a light green might look pretty with whatever color you are wearing or a pretty white silver on the brow looks really pretty on my friend =]

  2. Violet/lilac goes with all eye colours

  3. Pink colors and peach look natural

  4. haha my eyes are almost the same. i always get compliments when i wear hues of golds (: they make your eyes sparkle, slightly making them lighter. it's always best to use colors that contrast, since you want to make your eyes pop or look brighter. plum colored purples usually work nice, as do forest greens.
