The Rock and John Cena exchange words for the last time before WrestleMania – WWE News
Last night, March 26, RAW SuperShow was electrified by the People’s Champion’s presence. As usual, The Rock had more than just talk about his plans for WrestleMania 28. The Rock, who found himself amidst great appreciation from the fans, stuck to his ‘history
lessons’ for John Cena and his fans.
However, this time The Rock was not in the mood of cracking jokes, instead he was pretty serious and addressed Cena respectfully in the start. He started out telling his fans why he made a comeback and why he chose WrestleMania 28 to be his platform. He
said he was tired of everyone asking him when he is going back to the ring. A bit of jokes he cracked up but overall he was dead serious when he said he wanted to come back to WWE and leave his legacy of being the best in the ring.
Then, The Rock said that he has done it all and that the only left to be defeated was John Cena. He said Atlanta reminded him of some of his most enthralling matches. Furthermore, The Rock said that his fans demanded him to go one on one with John Cena and
that he has fulfilled their demand. The Rock said that he has always dreamed of becoming the Greatest in the ring and that is only possible if he defeats John Cena. According to The Rock, Cena is the last piece of the puzzle and once The Rock beats John Cena,
he will become the Greatest wrestler of all time.
Before The Rock could say more, John Cena appeared out of nowhere and said that The Rock is the greatest trash-talker of all time and that The Rock will regret choosing Cena as his opponent. Cena looked confident when he said that he has faced the best in
the industry and has defeated them easily. He further said that The Rock will be beaten by him on WrestleMania 28 and he will show The Rock that talking does not help.
Cena threw away the mike and walked away leaving The Rock irked.
