Neither, they're people, like celebrities, like MP's ... oh and like you!  Funnily enough they have probably built they're own personalities; and I think categorising royalty as 'good' or 'evil' would be like classifying a race as 'good' or 'evil' or a religion; it;s what is commonly known as a collective generalisation.

This is just part of one big huge conspiracy theory. i can think of tones about the royal family. one of the most hilarious has to be that when Princess diana died her friend said that all the royal family could metamorphosise into reptiles.
