The Russian invasion of Osetia and the USA intervention there sounds highly suspicious. Don't you think?

Rumor has it that it is a fabricated event to get McCain elected president, because his party promotes war, whereas Obama is a known pacifist.

  1. so you are absolutely not touched by the fact US election costs 2000 civilians' lives???

...anything is possible, you might be right but you "ATTITUDE" rocks!

  2. Do they not have newspapers and Satellite TV that you can trust in Mexico?

Seems like the rest of the world is aware that the Russian invasion is real.

But with the first question, I guess you have become use to being lied to by your government.

  3. Wow, you Americans really think the world revolves around you don't ya. There is nothing fishy about an American intervention on anything that has to do with Russia (does the cold war ring a bell). Snap out of your little fantasy and come back to reality cuz not everything is about you.

  4. It's not fabricated, just that the georgian president is an idiot and deserved what he got.  Russia is pissed cause we've ousted regimes in Ukraine and Georgia that were loyal to Russia, so now Russia is striking back with a vengeance.  They aren't a country bent on world domination, they are regaining their lost power and want to reassert their influence is all.  Be thankful that Bush and McCain failed to get Georgia into NATO, otherwise we'd be at war with Russia right now, and with our forces spread so thin, both us and Russia would likely be mutually destroyed.

But yeah, the Russian invasion of Georgia isn't good for the US, but it will work in McCain's favor.

  5. Too many things to deal here. It is not suspicious, the whole world knows Georgia attacked Russia backed by US. Russia in turn retaliated with vengeance.

US wants to increase its sphere of influence, which means neutralizing Russia. Russia in turn has made it clear it will protect its interests any means necessary. US has been trying to encircle Russia, which Russia for obvious reasons is very worried about.

US is trying its best to get Georgia and Ukraine NATO membership, but immediately 10 countries opposed it, including Germany, France & Italy. Europe is cautious for obvious reasons, especially worried that incident like this might happen, pinning NATO against Russia.

The approach US and Europe take against Russia is completely different. Europe has no need to help US advance its own agendas. Europe heavily depends on Russia for OIL. There is also a misconception that US or Bush some how have any influence over Russia or Europe.

Bush literally has no influence over Russia! Which was apparent during this conflict. It was French President Sarkozy that brokered the deal. Bush rhetoric just fell on deaf ears, Russia simply doesn't give a second though to what US or Bush thinks.

The conflict is part of a bigger picture, S.O., US encirclement, US interests, Russian interests, Caspian OIL etc.

The rhetoric from McCain was simply a empty campaign slogans and hysteria. In US politics involves more hype and propaganda than substance. If Bush doesn't have any influence what influence will McCain have, rather is perusing same ill policies as Bush. Trying to provoke another cold war when there is no need. Obama's rhetoric was part of the same propaganda look I talk tough!

What happened next will simply depend on how the game is played. Like I said no need to provoke another cold war.

  6. Actually Georgia was soon going to be admitted into the U.N. and Russia is angry about that, and attacked to make them look like an unstable country. Russia thinks that by Georgia requesting aid from the west will make them look weak and will be less likely to be admitted to the U.N. As far as America being over there we are just there in hopes to preserve peace and work out a cease fire.
