The Samnsung Instinct - is there a way to download music from my computer and make it a ring tone?

I have been able to download music and listen to it as a mp3 player but unfortunately I am unable to actually asign any of those songs as a ring tone. Any ideas how to make this work?

Other services are so hard to install and get running. But Flickr music just works and keep on going on and on, try it http://www.flickrmusic.com

I have the same phone but its easier to go to WWW.VENTONES.COM

it's all free and you can make any mp3 your ringer and how long and when ever your want the song to end and to start. its awesome
