  1. That is my favorite at Subway.. I think you use crab meat, mayo, season to your taste... Yummy!!

  2. It is 1lb of imitation crab meat and 6 oz regular mayo.  Unfortunately, if you use the imitation crab meat bought in the store, it does not taste like it at all.  The meat that Subway uses is made specifically for them.

  3. For Seafood Sub, it might be the Tuna or Crab meat.  Depends on where the Subway store is located.

Here's my take on the Tuna Sub.  I get my Sub Buns at the local Deli (the fresher the better).  I use only Albacore tuna and Miracle Whip dressing (vs. mayonnaise).

24 ounces chunk light tuna in water, drained

    1/3 cup mayonnaise

    2 teaspoons lemon juice

    1/4 teaspoon salt

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir vigorously to break chunks of tuna. Chill until cold.  Put two blobs of tuna on each 6-inch sub roll. Makes enough for three 6-inch sandwiches.

Sometimes I use Sweet Pickle juice instead of Lemon Juice.  It makes the Sub sweeter.

  4. I love those too, especially on toasted white bread!! I think it's the imitation crab meat, mayo, plain yogurt, salt and pepper.
