The Second Season of Tokyo Mew Mew The MANGA books?

so theres this cliff hanger at the end of the tokyo mew mew TV series, and its killing me! The people i talked to say that it continues farther in the books than it does in the TV series. where can i get the series? and in summary, what happens in the second season?

  1. actually, even LESS events happen in the tokyo mew mew manga >>;; it's really short (only 8 volumes) with 2 more tokyo mew mew a la mode ones.. theres a new character introduced who i dont think is in the anime.
