An insight into the dynamics of the different battles taking place in the Italian league.
The Serie A currently resembles an arena of gladiators, where teams and individuals alike are fighting hard for personal and team objectives.
While some have their eyes set on the Scudetto, others are merely sharpening their swords in hope of a last hurrah before the season comes to a close. At the top are rivals AC Milan and Juventus jostling each other in the run
to the coveted Scudetto. Then there is the pack of teams including http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Lazio-c39775 from the third spot in Serie A, and attain the right to play in the next season’s UEFA Champions League.
Then there is http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Inter-c39567 Milan closely following the pack, looking to salvage some glory out of a dejected season, amidst failing hopes and rising criticism. Then there are teams in the relegation zone looking to get out of the pit,
and teams just above them paddling hard to stay above the red line of relegation zone. Each of these battles comes with its own dynamics, and that when combined, transcends into the beauty of football that we have all come to love and adore.
Juventus may seem to be falling behind the AC Milan juggernaut in their quest for Serie A throne for majority of the season, but we must not forget that what the Bianconeri have achieved so far is nothing short of a dream comeback
from the forced relegation. The Turin giant’s dream run of recent form has guided them to the summit of the Serie A table.
The Diavolo’s European commitments have taken its toll on their domestic form, as they squandered a comfortable lead to sit at the second place now. Their high dependability on http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Zlatan-Ibrahimovic-c38029 is becoming a concern for the Rossoneri
faithful, and with the league season coming to a close, there is a strong possibility that the Serie A Champions may find themselves abandoned in peril by their most ‘dependable’ striker. That may leave a big question mark on who will rise to the occasion
for the Rossoneri, while http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Job-c18684 at the moment. However, it would be an exaggeration to expect the Champions to go into a complete nose dive after
a phenomenal run in the season.
On the other hand, Juventus remain the only unbeaten side in the Serie A. That means that their worst result in the season has been a draw, and the only criticism being a bit too many of them. However, the team’s recent performances
signal, that Juve’s problems in the scoring department may be a thing of the past. The Bianconeri humiliated Fiorentina 5-0, in an away game, and their recent league match against Inter Milan resulted in a 2-0 win for the Old Lady. As the things are heading
in the right direction for Juventus, they must remain humble in the last few matches of the season.
Both teams are neck in neck for the Scudetto, and the final sprint to the finish-line is going to be a phenomenal display of all the aggression and frenzy, that is a distinct feature of Italian league. The next thirty days are
set to present a test of fire for the Bianconeri, as they will be required to crack the tough nuts, along with relatively modest Cesena and Palermo, in their quest to finish their dream run at the top of the league.
The fate of the Scudetto will depend a lot on how the Old Lady emerges from the arriving storm.
