The Showbox Seattle Washington?

i've never been to the showbox. My kids are 12 and 14. They want to go to a concert there and i'm not sure if this is an appropriate place for them to go. if anyone has been there could you tell me if you think i should let them go? thanks!

Showbox is probably not the best night out for a couple of youngsters, but then again it depends on the show. There is a Showbox SODO and Showbox at the Market, I think they've cleaned up there "acts" as of late but I was at a Devin the Dude show last august (at the market) and two kids got shot right outside the front door.
