The Sims 2 Apartment Life?

Ok, I pre-ordered this game for digital download. I was supposed to be able to download it today at 12pm from EA games. The download button still isn't showing up, what's going on?

Are you in the same time zone as them? That could create some confusion. I would wait (I know it sucks I hate waiting for it to bc I want it now!) til at least 4pm ur time and if its not up then I would email tech support

Okay, now I go on www.thesims2.com all the time. Now, if you already paid for this item. It should be on it's way. After all things usually take between 5 to 10 buisness days to send. If you still have a problem, try to find a link that you can complain to.
