How do you tell if your at the end? How do you get the Criminal Mastermind title? I'm at the smuggler level and i have all my knowledge points full

Well, you'll know you're at the end because it will tell you that your sim was promoted to Criminal Mastermind. And you'll get a taxi to pick you up for work unless you use your car.

As for reaching that level. Knowledge points aren't the only things you have to worry about. You also have to make sure you have the required amount of friends. And even if you did have them at one point, if you stop talking to them you can lose them as a friend, so just make sure you actually have enough friends to be able to get promoted.

An easy way to make friends is by using the computer to meet them, and then calling them on the phone just to talk while your social bar is really low. Or just talk to old friends that only need a few friendship points to become friends again.

It should tell you if you have enough friends where it shows your career status.
