The Sims 2 Deluxe Edition..Please Help?

Hey. I have had The Sims 2 Deluxe Edition for about a month or so. Recently, every timee I click on something... it just goes away! It is so frustrating! I have tried downloading The Patch of www.thesms2.com but it did nothing!! Please help me!

This happened to me when I used to use the program. Unfortunately, the only way that I could fix it was to uninstall. You'll lose everything you have saved though =/
