The Sims 2 Double Deluxe installation help?

it keep saying "A problem occurred when trying to transfer the file 'D:\Base\TSData\Res\Sims3D\Sims13.packag... from the media. Do you want to retry to copy the file, or cancel the installation? RETRY OR CANCEL

I push retry and it comes back every 2 minutes. and the downloads at 100% what do I do?

Every time i put the cd in to install nothing pops up.
I go to "My Computer" and click on the CD drive and it says nothing is in it.
