Question:

The Sims 2 Store Scammed Me Out of $20 Should I ask to have it back?

I recently registered in the Sims 2 Store and bought $20.00 worth of Sims Points. Little did I know that the Sims 2 Store does NOT support macs! There is no "warning" about system requirements on the homepage, in the download directions, or on the "purchase Sims Points" page. As we all know, technicians are d-bags when I comes to these kinds of things. I can't find a link to contact the store either. Now listen to this: about ten to twenty minutes after I sent some negative feedback about how the store gives no warnings and such, I was logged out and couldn't log back in! It's not a problem with my browser or my laptop, and this has never happened before. I realize it could just be a technical problem with the website, but just seems too fishy. I was wondering If I should call them up and ask for my money back. Twenty dollars is kind of a lot.

  1. I would try to get my money back because they did not disclose the information about not supporting MACs up front.  Good Luck!

  2. Yes, call them. If they will not give you the money report them the the better business bureau, If enough Mac users report them they may finally get what they deserve!
