The Sims 2 University won't work the fourth time on my computer.?

Question

I just got the Sims 2 University EP and I downloaded it, and I played it about four times and now (after watching a bunch of movies) I put CD one in for University (the one I always put in) and it won't load, it'll act like it's loading and I can hear it turning in my computer but that's it. The white window comes up saying The Sims University EP and then it closes and I waited about 5 minuets and when I finally took it out it was very hot.

I also tried playing just the regular The Sims 2 and it tells me I got the wrong CD and I need to put in University. So I did that and it still would not work.

A possibly easy fix would be to try restarting your computer, not sure if you tried that...Or try turning it off for a little while to let the whole computer cool down a bit. GOOD LUCK!  :)

try in-installing and re installing it.
