The Sims 2 neighborhood....?

is there a way to build a new neighborhood....i mean...i wanna make the river, the roads and the moutains......?

Yes there is but it requires that you have SimCity.  You create the terrain there and transfer it over to The Sims 2.  I have used SimsCity 3000, as I recall.

No you have to use the created neighbourhoods but in SimCity you can build cities and stuff. If you want to buy it here's a link
