The Sims 3 coming out ?

I see that the SIMS 3 comes out in Feb 20,2009. I AM VERY EXCITED, but does anyone know how much it will cost or if we are gonna have to buy add ons and such.I've spent up to $350.00 on all the SIMS 2 games and add ons and I will be very angry if they do that again.I see they are making another add on called "APARTMENT LIFE" and I don't know if it's really worth getting if I'm going to take them off my computer for the new one in Feb.

They will eventually have expansions for Sims 3 just like 2 and the original Sims before for three main reasons.

1.  It makes them more money.  It's the root behind any business.

2.  It gets other people interested in the game.  Like people who weren't interested in Sim2 right away saw the University Expac and suddenly wanted to buy them both.  And that gets them more money.

3.  It keeps you from getting bored.  While doing the same thing over and over can surprisingly keep you entertained for hours upon hours, eventually you're going to get bored.  Then BOOM there's an expansion where I can open my own business.

I'm personally really excited for it!
