The So Called 6M+ Dentist ?

Well basically my frend has said that he is working part time with an dentist that gets paid 6M+ Yes 6million pounds + He is obviously chatting poo please any lay down some statistics for me to prove him wrong also he says he had over 100 practices.. Please Thank You

Yeah Dr.Bhandal in Birmingham runs like 100 practices with his brothers, they take half the way of each nurse and dentist.. of course they can earn that much if they're taking half of the wages.. and theirs like 4+ dentists and 6+ nurses working there
