Preseason games are not on NFL Sunday ticket. you can either watch the replay whenver it is on nfl network, or try www.stoogetv.com and click channels on the right hand side. It might be on or might not be but its worth a shot

Go to local sports bar, or something like BW3's. They show all the games on the NFL ticket.

in Pittsburgh, it's on CBS (and you get to listen to that moron announcer Bob Pompeani - i swear that guy doesn't know the difference between a 1st down and an INT).

If they aren't playing in a nationally televised game, then the only way to watch them would be to get DirecTV sattelite service and then subscribe to the NFL Sunday Ticket.  If you do this, then you can watch all regular season out of market games.
