In the lobby of the Tipton hotel why is the vase so important? It seems like they are always dropping it and trying to save the vase.

but just his luck the vase is always falling. But people know mr moseby when hes angry so they try hard to keepy everything clean and spiffy.

In the show, the Tipton is a very high end five star hotel with expensive decorations. The vase is just an expensive decoration that is used to show the difference between the high class expensiveness of the hotel and the rowdy craziness caused by Zack and Cody.

It's not really that it is important. It is that Mr.Mosbey doesn't want anything to break! But with Zack and Cody there... it dosen't quite work.
