Adam Doodes said that he would prefer to have won different awards than the Brownlow

1st Players Association Award

2nd Clubs best and Fairest Award

3rd Media Award

4th Brownlow Medal

These were the awards he said he believes are the most important to him in this order is this disrespectful to all the legends of the game

i think it is if he does not value it he should give it to somebody who does

  1. you see adam goodes already won the brownlow and he thinks he has already proved that he is capable ofwinning the brownlow he wants to expand his medals he also said he would have more liked to share his medal with scott west instead of being by himself so you see he just wants to play beter in different ares of the game he the paa award means the players thinks hes good but the bnrownlow is only awarded by the umpires and officials

  2. I think you are making an  issue out of nothing.

  3. Sheesh Daffy, do you ever have anything positive to say about anyone or any team other than those you personally support.  It's Goodes, not Doodes by the way. If you are going to cast aspersions to the meaning of a persons comments, at least get their name right. You may not mean to be offencive, but sometimes one has to wonder.

  4. I think you mis-interpreted his comments. I think he was indicating that as he had already won a Brownlow he would have liked to add the others he has not won previously as well.

I am quite sure he is very flattered and grateful for the award, and will use it as motivation to spur the swans on to back to back premierships.

  5. no. i dont think it was disrespectful
