im wondering like how do you jus really concentrate on that one specific item i mean isn't it hard

also what is your best skill thing in order to make your item move?

cuz its really hard for me

you need to practice a while to be able to move something.

Telekinesis is a wonderful topic for science fiction novels.  However it doesn't exist.  The great magician James Randi had an ongoing offer of one million dollars for anyone to demonstrate ANY psychic power under laboratory conditions.  Since then the reward has been increased substantially.  No one has collected.  This should tell you something. You can stare at an item until the sun expands to destroy the earth, and it isn't going to move.  Sorry.

Reality check here: telekinesis is bunk.

So any advice on this would be as valuable as telling you which color unicorns are.
