Batistuta remained at the Italian club for nine years before moving to Roma in order to achieve a trophy in his name. He did achieve this aim and won the Scudetto in 2000. He scored twenty goals in that session alone.
The player had another short term at Inter Milan and then went to play for Al-Arabi in Qatar. He is also a regular team member of the Argentinean national squad, scoring fifty six goals in his seventy nine appearances with them.

Roy Makaay:
Roy Makaay is a player from Netherlands and has played for clubs like Bayern Munich, Deportivo la Coruna, Feyenoord and Vittesse.
He was a spectacular striker and a goal-scoring machine for every club that he ever played for. He started his professional career with Vitesse and scored forty five goals for them in a hundred and fourteen performances.
Roy Makaay then moved to Tenerife and stayed there for two years just to move onto Deportivo. He continued his impressive goal scoring streak and netted ninety six goals in a hundred and seventy one appearances, giving the club its La Liga title in 2001.
He won the European Golden Boot in 2002-03 as he was the top scorer all over Europe. Then he moved to Bayern Munich where he continued his form and was quite consistent while netting a hundred and two goals in only a hundred and seventy eight appearances.
In the end, he moved back to Netherlands to play for Feyenoord and was part of the club for three years before retiring from football. He has had an amazing career and has also played for his National team but was usually left behind when it came to the
likes of Dennis Bergkamp, Ruud Van Nistelrooy and Patrick Kluivert.

Dennis Bergkamp:
Dennis Bergkamp is yet another player from Netherlands who has played for Inter Milan, Ajax and Arsenal.
He is one of Arsenal's all time great players. Bergkamp formed a deadly strike force with the likes of Thierry Henry. He came from the Ajax youth academy and made his debut with Ajax under Johan Cruyff.
Bergkamp was a major success there as he scored over a hundred goals for them before moving to Inter Milan but he did not have a good term with them. He ultimately got transferred to the Gunners where he made a legendary partnership with Ian Wright.
Bergkamp thrived even more under the reins of Arsene Wenger and when Henry joined Arsenal, they created magic together and made history for Arsenal.
He was also an important part of the Dutch national team as he had seventy one appearances with thirty seven goals for them.

David Villa:
This is the star Spaniard from the 2010 World Cup who currently plays for Barcelona. He has gone through clubs like Sporting Gijon, Real Zaragoza and Valencia.
David Villa was signed by Barcelona in the summers for around forty million Euros and this was considered to be a bargain price. This speaks for the kind of player that Villa is. He has given some amazing performances in the 2010 World Cup.
Villa joined Gijon in 2001 but left them for Real Zargoza in 2003. He proved to the world that he was out of place in clubs like these so he was signed by Valencia in 2005.
