I think the dance is simply called 'The Volta' - as it's an anglicised name for the dance which originated during the Renaissance it has also been called 'La Volta', 'Volta' and 'Volte'.  

The basic steps of the dance are the turn and the lift but any further variations were not given separate names to distinguish them so the dance remains simply 'The Volta'.
