The Twilight series =]?

Am I missing out?

You'll get numerous opinions on this one, but alot of people said the last book wasn't that good; rushed, too hard to get a happy ending; not what they thought. I think that the books could have been a whole lot shorter, and there are lot's of stories more or less the same. It just wasn't that original and I didn't enjoy it that much. Trust me the hype might go down on it, well it might go back up b/c of the movie but personally I didn't really like it, too much of trying to add something to the story. The plots weren't that rich and creative. Harry Potter actually is really good, and the sixth one is more romantic. (Not to make you go out and buy a prob 20-30 dollar book)

TWILIGHT IS AWESOME!!! Twilight inspired me to read books!! Plus im a twilight addict like my friend im believe you may be missing out!!!

Twilight was awesome but as it progresses, kinda boring. But still worth it. Harry Potter, yes, is totally worth it. (;

It depends on if you like this kind of book.  I personally loved the series and am so glad I read it.  I just got my sister into them too, and she can't put them down.  She's reading the last one now.  :)  And we both are very excited for the movie!

Meh, its ok. I was bored this summer so i bought them all. I read all 4 in 6  days. It kept me interested to find out what happened but they arent like the best books i've ever read or anything. Harry Potter is worth it though!

I didn't like it , I think its for younger girls really who have never had a relationship , my advice would be to buy the first book and read it to see what you think , or you could borrow it from your local library

It's really good! I was never really into Vampires and that kind of thing, but my sister insisted I read it, and trust me, after your read the first book, you're hooked! Edward Cullen is what a man should be like lol. Just the Drama, Passion, and Romance of the novels are just amazing.

well you won't miss a thing if you bought it but you might be missing something if u haven't..i'm just saying give it a try the first book is enchanting and will pull you to the magnet! so try it you won't feel ashamed.

for me twilight had a great impact but not the best like harry potter but it's still worth it...try it you'll love it

I wouldn't say you're 'missing out' on anything, because they're not particularly fantastic.

I can't see what all the fuss is about, as I don't see how you can really analyse the book and its one-dimensional characters in the way that you can for other books.
