The U.S gymnastic team?

The chinese girl where much better then our team I think they should stop blaming the chinese girls for there age.

Our teem was terrible. so the U.S team should just suck it up.

First of all, they were not horrible. They were far from it, and if the chinese cheated, they don't deserve the gold. No other team has to cheat to win the gold!

It's really sad how the Chinese all they do is gymnastics that's there life. They see their parents like once a year. Non stop gymnastics. Yet the Americans, who work out 6 hours a day far less than the Chinese are capable of beating the Chinese. Which they almost did in the team and did in the all around. So the Chinese can grow up and suck a d**k. Oh yeah maybe finish growing their teeth.

Thank you.  The way this country handles losing is so embarrassing.  I used to look forward to the Olympics so much and lately it's just being ruined.  I wish a couple channels could just put money aside once every 4 years and show everything going on, not just the sports that americans compete in.  I love seeing unusual events that I never get to see outside of the olympics.

So, China takes 3-year old girls away from their families, abuse them, threatens them, then breaks the law, lying about their age with falsified passports, but the people who complain about are the bad guys????  Plus, our girls win individual gold and silver medals, but we suck?

We weren't terrible and we're not blaming anyone.

I'm sick of this double standard b.s.! Why do people always make us the bad guy?! It's b.s. because if it were us, people would start a riot to get us out and DQ us.

I actually think the U.S. team and Chinese team were neck and neck; neither was better than the other.

Tx mona.  For a lot of people, it's not all about winning.  It's about the rights of children and what is known about the lives of child athletes in China.  Look it up.  Many people do worry more about social justice than medals.  Also, the US team is anything but terrible.  They won a silver team medal, and they won gold and silver in the all-around despite scoring "abnormalities".  Give our girls credit too, they've worked their whole lives and are also amazing athletes.  So are the Chinese girls.

Everyone should also do themselves a favor and look up some info. on the lives of those girls from China.  I know I'm not mad or bitter against them.  I just wish they had a choice.
