  1. It's just a fact of life dude.  It's not equitable anywhere else either.  Some get ahead by being hard workers and smart or in the right place at the right time and others get a bigger piece of the pie by more unsavory means while many who are more deserving go without.  I wouldn't call it either normative or positive, I'd call it karma maybe for lack of a better word.  


  2. only communists believe in distributing wealth to those who don't contribute.  and, i've never heard of "normative", is that your personal verbiage?
