The USPS in Reno NV repeatedly reports that they "lose" my packages dispite reporting otherwise?

You can make a formal complaint to the Postmaster at the main Vassar post office. They may take your complaint there or give you a phone number to an investigator which I think is at the old downtown station near the Pioneer Center. It would be more likey to have mailing problems if you are in a "rural"

route or live on a border of two zip code zones. It's not that strange since Reno has been one of the fastest growing cities in the country and new streets are always being added and old ones sometimes modified.
