The Ultimate Whiskey?

Ok, so my birthday is coming up soon, big 25, and I wanted to celebrate with a little bit of class. Now i've tried maybe a dozen or so differnt whiskey's, with the higher end ones only being around 30bucks a bottle. Your Jack Daniel's, Maker's Mark, Crown Royal, and JW Red Label.

What is a classy higher end brand of whiskey for me to celebrate with, most likely on the rocks?

For sipping, I really enjoy a Jameson 15 year.  It's unbelievably smooth.  I'm not even sure you would need to put it on the rocks.

Sazerac 12 year rye is also very good, but alittle on the strong side.  i think it might be 90 proof or so

George T. Stagg, hailed by many experts around the world as the best American bourbon. Even 72.4% ABV it is easily sipped at cask strength. Yum!

Depends on your taste...If you like something a little sweeter go with Jameson, not so sweet go with Bushmills. Now I do have to mention that Maker's Mark, Jack Daniels, and Jim Beam are bourbons, whereas JW is a blended scotch, and Crown Royal is a blended whiskey. I like my liquor to be smooth and mellow tasting so if I would go with the following:

Whiskey: Jameson, 15 yr.

Scotch: Edradour, 10yr

Bourbon: k**b Creek

Johnie Walker is the best out there.  Black Label is very good.  Real quality.  Smooth and rich.  Even if you end up getting something else for your B-Day, you owe it to yourself to try it.  Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

if you want bourbon i'd recommend woodford reserve. it's a d**n fine whiskey.
