  1. The US was based off of a constitutional republic. Our forefathers hated democracy, therefore, we should lean more into conservatism for our constitution. People can be stupid, they elected stupid politicians, but the federal law is supreme.

    I'm talking about using the constitution literally, meaning they can't take away our freedoms like Bush has with these surveillance acts in case someone objects to my theory.

In principle, the democratic government is all-powerful.  Democracy is a Totalitarian manifestation; it is not a form of freedom."
