The University of Arizona tuitions and scholarships?

Question

I want to know about the tuitions and scholarships. I'm not a US citizen, but I would like to study in the US, if it was affordable. So I wonder how much would it cost me, and what scholarships i might be able to get. My uncle lives in Phoenix, which is close to Tucson, so I'm not concerned about any rentals to stay in.
