The VFW post my husband attends is being sold for lack of available funding. Any ideas to prevent this?

They have done bingo for years, but here in Illinois no one plays bingo anymore due to depressed economy. They incorporated to save on insurance.

My husband just found out they are putting the building up for sale 15 minutes ago.

Any ideas to save it once the "For Sale" sign is up?

This is so very sad, as the one thing my geographic area had is lots of Veterans.

get it in the paper..have a plate dinner a yard sale...get a bunch of the older men together and see if you can come up with a plan...
